This 2016 vintage is a blend of Merlot (32%), Cabernet Franc (28%)) and Petit Verdot (40%). Fermentation occurred in stainless steel tanks followed by a maturation of 22 months in French oak barrels (50% new, 25% 1 year old and 25% 2 years old) and then rested in bottle for 1 year.
