Floral nose, crushed rose petal, pleasant grapefruit-like bitterness. Complex palate with some fleshy cherry fruit, lots of rose-petal floral lift, firm pleasantly drying tannin, nice freshness.

The 2016 vintage is a blend of Cabernet Sauvignon (25%), Cabernet Franc (25%) and Petit Verdot (50%). Fermentation occurred in stainless steel tanks followed by a maturation of 22 months in french oak barrels (50% new, 25% 1 year old and 25% 2 years old) and then rested in bottle for 1 year.
