Description

Nose of ripe fruits, brandy, nutmeg and bay leaf, with a soft wooden finish. The palate is compact, the finish is smooth with a hint of bitterness.

Vinification

The 2015 vintage is a blend of Cabernet Sauvignon (25%), Cabernet Franc (25%) and Petit Verdot (50%). Fermentation occurred in stainless steel tanks followed by a maturation of 22 months in french oak barrels (50% new, 25% 1 year old and 25% 2 years old) and then rested in bottle for 2 years.
