Mandria – Cultivated on schist-rich soil with southern exposure. All of our varieties are present here, but Correggiolo dominates, producing a medium-intensity oil with delicate notes of fresh grass and almond.

Meleto – Grown in sandstone soils with northern exposure, the oil from this area has a medium-strong intensity, elegance, and rich vegetal notes reminiscent of thistle and artichoke, with an almond undertone
